hello, my name is LIN YAN, you can call me Lisa. I graduated from Guilin university of Electronic Technology.My major is communication engineering.
I have been testing for nine years so far, mainly doing manual testing and automation testing.
for manual testing, i mainly do the functional testing, API testting, Exploratory testing,accessibility testing... and so on.
for automation testing, include mobile automation testing, web automation testing and api automation testing.
for mobile automation testing, we use the framework is, base on java language, combile with Gradle + Git + Cucumber + Junit + Jenkins + Appium tools
for web automation testing, we also base on java, then combine with Maven + Git + Cucumber + Junit + Jenkins + Selenium tools.
for API automation testing, it is similar to web automation framework, just need to use rest-assured instead of selenium tool.
Actually, my recent job is on HSBC hong kong project for nearly 4 years.Considering our company move api automation testing to developer steadly in these yeas, so we mainly focus on UI automation testing.it take up 30-40 percent, and api testing is 10 percent.the rest is for manual testing.
Besides, we also use browstack to do some compatibility testing for web and mobile.

my recent job is on HSBC for three and a half years with two projects. they belong hong kong projects. the first one is insurance dashboard project. It is a project which manage various types of policies on web and mobile platform.I am mainly responsible for web automation testing. The second one is DSP project which do the registration and recover profile on mobile platform. This is the project that when you want to use HSBC banking system,you need to registration the profile first.after registration, you can login the system successfully. But sometimes, you maybe forget your profile, for example, forgor username or forgot password, then you also can recover your profile. during the project, I am mainly responsible for android and ios automation testing. at the same time, I also do some api automation testing.

I will use the recover profile function to do the example. for the recover profile journey, it can be divided into three parts.the first one part is verify identity,you can input bank account number,ATM PIN, document type and document number of your message on the page, then click continue button, it will call the api to check the message correct or not. if error, it will return the related error page. if correct, it will go to next part--SMS OTP. first, click send sms verification code button,then input the verification code,then click continue button, it ..
3.测试过程中有没有发现一下比较重大的bug，然后怎么fix
yes, for example the current existing production enviroment bug. it cause by android version compatibility. the issue is that the online user said it can't do the happy flow for recover profile journey on android 8, but it is okay for above android 8. but during our testing,the test strategy only cover android 12, 11, 10,9 version,because consider that few people use android 8 now. so for this bug, the developer immediately modify the code to fix,then gave the package to us to retest, after retest pass then deploy to production environment. after this bug, we add the test scopy for android 8.

advantages:
--Strong learning interest for testing work
--Careful and patient in the test
--Love to laugh, communication friendly with teammate
--Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
disadvantages
--Too careful, and sometimes some global testing point don't consider, for example, new feature affect other country.
