出以上错误可以单独重启crsd服务，不影响数据库正常使用
[root@ht02 ~]# /u01/app/grid/bin/crsctl stop res ora.crsd -init -f
CRS-2673: Attempting to stop 'ora.crsd' on 'ht02'
CRS-2677: Stop of 'ora.crsd' on 'ht02' succeeded
[root@ht02 ~]# /u01/app/grid/bin/crsctl start res ora.crsd -init -f
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.crsd' on 'ht02'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.crsd' on 'ht02' succeeded
