Fiscal period for X/X/XXXX is not open

在on-hand list页面中为某一个维度添加库存时，系统可能会抛出如下错误：

Vouchar xxxx Fiscal period for x/x/xxxx is not open

这时候需要导航到Leger calenders开放财政期
