warning: GOPATH set to GOROOT has no effect

因为配置GOPATH与GOROOT目录相同，所以报警，可以专门创建一个目录设置GOPATH。

GOROOT是下载安装go的目录，然后在环境变量PATH中配置好安装go目录下的bin目录，再创建一个目录配置为GOPATH即可
