BUG：cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

PHP ssl 证书问题 （我的环境是phpstudy）

解决方案：

1.https://curl.se/docs/caextract.html  打开网址，下载最新PEM

2.将证书放进对应PHP版本extras/ssl 文件里面

3.修改对应版本的PHP.INI

 4.重启PHP
