"update_check":false

但这个我这边设置了也没有用，就需要下面的设置

修改hosts文件

修改目录C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc下的hosts文件，添加以下2行

127.0.0.1 license.sublimehq.com
127.0.0.1 www.sublimetext.com
