安装了net-tools仍然ifconfig command not found

在某些版本中ifconfig已经过期，如Debian10、Ubuntu18.04...如下图所示，但是奇怪的是，出现如标题所述问题的机器版本只是Debian8.3，并未超过版本条件。

解决方案，能够使得Debian8.3出现ifconfig：
Install ifconfig on debian 11 or 10, if command not found
